AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Pyrofox Ltd (16173369), operating as PyroFox Pest Control Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We provide comprehensive pest control services, including those offered via pyrofox.co.uk (the "Website") and any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

1. Our Services

1.1. Pest Control Expertise: PyroFox specialises in handling a wide range of common pests, including but not limited to rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, spiders, bed bugs, fleas, wasps, moths, and silverfish. Our Services extend to other pests as assessed by our technicians on a case-by-case basis. We provide solutions for both residential and commercial properties.

1.2. Service Process: Our process typically begins with an inspection to identify the pest type, assess the severity of the infestation, and determine affected areas. Following this, a proposed treatment plan will be put together. Our treatments are designed for effective pest eradication and long-term prevention.

1.3. Treatment Effectiveness: Most customers see a significant difference within 24–48 hours of treatment. Some treatments may require follow-up visits for full effectiveness, which will be communicated as part of your treatment plan.

1.4. Prevention Services: We don't just treat; we help you pest-proof your space to keep pests from returning. We offer ongoing pest prevention services that include regular inspections and tailored treatments to keep your property protected year-round. We are dedicated to long-term control and prevention strategies.

1.5. Technician Qualifications & Standards: Our technicians are highly trained, qualified, and committed to professional standards.

1.6. Discreet Service: We offer a discreet service option to ensure client privacy and minimise attention to the property. This often includes the use of unmarked vans. Our staff strive to provide services with minimum disruption.

1.7. Customer Support and Communication: We are here to help solve your problem. We do so by providing clear communication and responsive customer support. Our team is here to help.

2. Booking and Appointments

2.1. How to Book: You can book a pest control treatment with PyroFox easily through our online booking enquiry form or by giving us a call or email.

2.2. Emergency Services: PyroFox offers rapid response for urgent infestations. We aim to address emergency pest issues as quickly as possible. An out of hours rate may apply.

2.3. Service Area: We currently serve Greater London. If you are unsure if your location is covered, please contact us directly.

2.4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your booking by providing us with at least 48 hours' notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. We are committed to no hidden costs or nasty surprises.

3.2. Pricing: Our prices depend on the type of pest, the severity of the infestation, and the size of your property. We provide a free, no-obligation telephonic quote for our services.

3.3. Where we are called out for an inspection this will be billed at the agreed rate. If the job is confirmed this will be deducted from the treatment price.

3.4. Additional Charges: For certain contracts or work we may apply additional charges for parking and congestion, or for night jobs (e.g., between 8 PM and 5 AM).

3.2. Payment: We accept all types of debit/credit cards. Payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service commencement. All payments are up-front before treatment starts unless under contract.

4. Safety and Guarantee

4.1. Safety First: We use treatments that are family-safe and pet-considerate. All applications follow strict safety guidelines and regulations. Your safety and comfort are our first priority. Our methods are designed to be effective yet safe for children, pets, and your property.

4.2. On-Site Presence During Treatment: Whether you need to leave your home during treatment depends on the specific method used. We will inform you exactly what is needed before we start any treatment. We request you follow the pre-treatment guide.

4.3. Service Guarantee: All our treatments come with a satisfaction guarantee and a clear aftercare plan. If pests return within the 3 month from the date of the initial treatment, we will return to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge. All actions form the survey must be complied with for the guarantee to be valid.

4.4. Professionalism and Compliance: Our technicians are fully qualified and experienced professionals committed to delivering pest control services to the highest standards. We adhere to relevant health and safety legislation, including COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), where applicable. Ongoing Accreditation/CPD: Our team engages in ongoing professional development to keep their knowledge valid and stay informed about the latest advancements, regulatory changes, and best practices.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Access to Property: You are responsible for providing our technicians with safe and unobstructed access to the areas requiring treatment. Where a technician cant gain access to a specific part of the property through obstruction (eg: fitted kitchen) this will affect the guarantee.

5.2. Preparation: You agree to follow any preparation instructions provided by PyroFox prior to the scheduled service. Failure to adequately prepare the property may impact the effectiveness of the treatment and could incur additional charges or require rescheduling.

5.3. Post-Treatment Actions: For optimal results and to prevent re-infestation, you agree to adhere to any post-treatment advice or preventative measures recommended by our technicians.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

6.1. Collection of Personal Data: We collect certain personally identifiable information such as your email address, first name, last name, phone number, and address. This data is collected to provide and improve our Services, manage your account, fulfill contracts, and communicate with you.

6.2. Usage of Personal Data: Your personal data is used to deliver and enhance our Services, including monitoring usage, managing your account, performing contractual obligations, communicating updates and offers, and for internal analysis like identifying usage trends.
