We can even use your pictures or videos for a visual assist in cracking the case! How do I book a pest control treatment with PyroFox?
Easy! Use our online booking form for a call back or give us a quick call, or use our dedicated WhatsApp. We’ll get you sorted faster than a roach can run.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Life, much like a pest infestation, can be unpredictable! Rest assured, you can indeed cancel or reschedule your booking. We kindly ask for “48 hours’ notice” to make the necessary arrangements. For Monday, the Friday before.
Do you offer emergency pest control?
Yes! PyroFox offers rapid response for urgent infestations. Because when it’s an emergency, “next week” just isn’t good enough. Contact us now!

Treatment & Prevention
How long do treatments take to work?
Results vary by pest, property size and access, but most customers see a big difference within 24–48 hours. Some treatments require follow-ups for full effectiveness.
How long will you be on my property?
We’re all about thoroughness for lasting peace of mind. Some swift treatments might conclude in as little as “30 minutes,” while more intricate situations could extend up to “8 hours”, and others like bed bugs require multiple visits.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
We care about all members of your family, furry or otherwise! We use treatments that are family-safe and pet-considerate. All applications follow strict safety guidelines and regulations.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
No forced vacations, unless you fancy one! The answer is “Not always!” It does depend, however, on the treatment method. We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed before we start. Your property is safe with us.
Do you offer ongoing pest prevention services?
Yes! We believe in securing your peace of mind for the long haul! Our prevention packages keep your property protected year-round, with regular inspections and tailored treatments.

How much does pest control cost?
The cost of pest control isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” fee. Prices depend on the pest, severity, and size of your property. Request a free quote—no hidden costs, no nasty surprises (except the pests).
Is your work guaranteed?
Our promise is as solid as your newly pest-proofed walls! Yes, many of our services come with a satisfaction guarantee and a comprehensive aftercare plan. Should those pests dare to return within the guaranteed window, a return visit will be provided.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Of course. Just give us 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll find another slot that works for you. For a Monday please call on a Friday.

Who is responsible for pest control in rented properties?
Dealing with uninvited lodgers in a rented property? To ensure we provide the best service, we highly recommend a quick chat with your agent or landlord first. This helps us clarify the terms of your agreement (and who’s footing the bill!) so we can tackle your pest problem most effectively.
